ITWorks offers a free, immersive IT training program to vulnerable young adults. Students receive a professional certification in IT and a real-world internship inside leading corporations and nonprofits. Graduates gain a marketable skill set, improved confidence, leadership abilities, and a broad understanding of the nonprofit community and its interactions. By strengthening young people and strengthening nonprofits, ITWorks is creating strong communities.
